Our method of wild harvesting and sun-drying is entirely natural, harnessing the power of the elements to preserve the goodness and beneficial compounds of Gurạdji. After harvesting, the Gurạdji leaves are carefully laid out on drying racks under the sun. Regularly turned to ensure even drying, this process maintains the tisane's full natural flavour, imparting distinct umami overtones that elevate every cup.

Traditional Use: Renowned for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, Gurạdji (pronounced ger-ra-je) stands as a celebrated superfood among the Gurungai people, traditionally used for thousands of years to heal ailments, cleanse the body and bring clarity to the mind.
Contemporary Use: Guradji's versatility makes it a valuable addition to modern diets. Enjoy it as a soothing tisane, a refreshing sun tea, or brew it into a probiotic soda known as Gurbuchi. Directions: Brew Guradji Raw Sundried Tisane by heating water to around 85 degrees Celsius and steeping 2.5 grams per 250 ml of water for 5 minutes. For a stronger brew, increase the amount and steeping time accordingly.
To create a sun tea place 10 grams of Guradji Raw Sundried Tisane in a 1-litre clear glass jug of water and leave it in the sun for 4 hours and stir occasionally.
Gurạdji can be drunk hot or cold and makes for a fantastic sugar free iced tea.
